Results

Wolbachia presence Yes
Confidence level High
Explanation of confidence level

I am highly confident that my insect was Wolbachia-positive because the PCR produced a clear DNA band at the expected size for the Wolbachia 16S gene. The positive control worked correctly and the negative control showed no contamination, indicating the results were reliable.
