Results |
|
Wolbachia presence | Yes |
Confidence level | Medium |
Explanation of confidence level | We are not fully confident in our results because there was some contamination found in our gel, and our PCR samples were not sent to the lab. We are at least a little confident that Wolbachia is found in this arthropod because the bands in both of our gels show similar bands (our controls successfully ran), and along with the research we did, we discovered that the pillbug is a common arthropod to carry Wolbachia. |

Summary | The Armadillidae was found to be postive for Wolbachia. |
