Results |
|
| Wolbachia presence | Yes |
| Confidence level | Medium |
| Explanation of confidence level | We are not fully confident in our results because there was some contamination found in our gel, and our PCR samples were not sent to the lab. We are at least a little confident that Wolbachia is found in this arthropod because bands appeared in the lane that contained our beetle sample. Our gel runs were pretty consistent as well, which gave us some confidence about the accuracy of our results. |
