Explanation of confidence level | There were no bands that appeared therefore no results could have been analyzed. There was a mistake one of the procedures. There are two probable causes of the failed lab; the DNA extraction & run of the gel. Since no DNA bands appeared, it is possible that no DNA was extracted from the arthropod. Seeing as not even the ladder appeared in the gel, we can conclude that the gel electrophoresis was most likely where this lab failed. |
