Protocol notes | Following the protocol provided by the Wolbachia project. We used a 10kb DNA ladder. We did not properly pipette the arthropod DNA into the well, which likely resulted in the 600 bp Arthropod DNA not showing up. |
Results |
|
Wolbachia presence | Unknown |
Confidence level | Low |
Explanation of confidence level | We did not properly pipette the arthropod DNA into the well, so we do not know if the DNA not showing up was caused by that or another error, as such, it is unclear if we found a lack of Wolbachia. |
