Protocol notes | ArthropodPCR-Gel: During this PCR round arthropodic DNA was targeted. The relevant sample is located in lane 8. As seen from the lack of band, something clearly went wrong. It is most likely that this happened in the sample preparation phase since even after repeating the PCR-process nothing showed up. This sample is, therefore, unusable. |
