Explanation of confidence level | There was no results for the positive control Arthropod DNA or for the spider Arthropod DNA (both of which for sure should have been positive) which leads me to believe that some part of the PCR process went wrong. Maybe when I was preparing my samples I didn’t get enough positive control DNA and spider DNA. Either way, the fact that those samples didn’t come through makes my confidence level low. |
