Protocol notes | We started with scooping the guts out for the DNA. We than extracted the DNA using buffers, and put that DNA into the electrophoresis system for 30 minutes. |

Explanation of confidence level | We ran it through the same process as the Stinkbug (previously posted). The negatives came back negative, and the positives came back positive, the tested water also come back negative. However the spider came back negative. |
