Results

Wolbachia presence Yes
Confidence level Medium
Explanation of confidence level

The tiger beetle’s DNA did not show up during the electrophoresis test, but the test proved that the tiger beetle was wolbachia infested. Because the tiger beetle DNA did not register during the test I am not extremely confident in the accuracy of these results.

Wolbachia 16S sequence
Arthropod COI sequence
Summary The Coleoptera was found to be postive for Wolbachia.
