Wolbachia presence | Unknown |
Confidence level | Low |
Explanation of confidence level | Our wolbachia gel malfunctioned in some way that we aren’t able to get clear bands that will reveal whether or not our arthropod had wolbachia. None of our samples, even the DNA Ladder, were able to show. Our DNA seemingly collected at the top of our gel despite us putting it in the right orientation in the gel electrophoresis. We’re unsure what happened nor what our results are supposed to be. |
