| Observations | The Sweat Bee was located outside, sitting on the ledge of a picnic table. I used my collection tube to slowly trap the bug inside. After I caught the Bee I placed it Pitri Disk, to further investigate it. |

| Protocol notes | We froze our samples halfway through extraction. During extraction I dropped one of the samples on the floor. The sample did not seem to spill out. |
