Confidence level High
Explanation of confidence level

All of my controls worked as expected. The only problem that occurred was that there was no amplification of the arthropod DNA. Only Wolbachia PCR amplification showed up on the gel.

Wolbachia 16S sequence
Arthropod COI sequence
Summary The Gasteracantha cancriformis was found to be negative for Wolbachia.
