Explanation of confidence level | One of our positive controls from the extraction section and our DNA from the PCR section both came out with unexpected results which makes these results questionable despite not being out of the ordinary. The sequence quality analysis also showed very messy overlapping nucleotides indicating contamination in the results. BLAST also could not correlate the data to any known DNA sequences. |
