The moth fly was mainly stationary and resting on a wall and when captured, flew around a while before resting again on wall of container again.

Explanation of confidence level

Our DNA ladder wasn’t clear when migrating so the bands may not correlate to the Wolbachia gene, however there was no band shown for the moth fly well so there is some assurance that the moth fly would not have had the wolbachia gene if the ladder did work.
