Results

Wolbachia presence No
Confidence level Medium
Explanation of confidence level

My DNA and negative control were the only ones with bands besides the DNA ladder. The bands were the size detecting arthropod and not Wolbachia too. I expected there to be a band for my positive control but I had no bands for the rest of the samples.

Wolbachia 16S sequence
Arthropod COI sequence
Summary The Hexapoda was found to be negative for Wolbachia.
