Results

Wolbachia presence No
Confidence level Medium
Explanation of confidence level

This was my first time doing a lab, throughout the exercises my confidence grew until the negative control was loaded wrongly. However I am quite confident in my results because of the research I’ve done in the past labs.

Wolbachia 16S sequence
Arthropod COI sequence
Summary The Neuroptera was found to be negative for Wolbachia.
