Collected by grabbing handful of pine straw, dirt, grass, and sprinkling it all over collection tray to pick out moving creatures. Breaking branches off from trees, moving bushes.

I placed my confidence level between the middle because I’m unsure my results could be trusted due to my Gel electrophoresis results. I would say that my controls worked.
