Explanation of confidence level

The top lanes contained arthropod primers; the bottom lanes contained Wolbachia primers. For our first sample of insect DNA with Wolbachia primers (the 2nd bottom lane), there was an occurrence of DNA. Though, it is smudged and not perfectly accurate.
