Followed protocol, extracted DNA goop from abdomen of the sample of Halymorpha Halys. May have left exoskeleton in before the buffer AL was added.

Explanation of confidence level

Done as a school group, could have been contamination between samples. A negative result makes me think not, but it is always possible contamination occurred while inserting gels into the mini one.
