Observations | I caught this arthropod at the Antioch High School baseball field. I collected it at about 3:00 pm, it was 82 degrees and sunny. This was the only spider I saw in the area. |

Explanation of confidence level | I am not very confident in my results due to the fact that we ran out of time in the lab, so our samples did not have enough time to fully go through the electrophoresis process. It is difficult to know which bands are arthropod DNA and which are Wolbachia DNA. |
