Results

Wolbachia presence Unknown
Confidence level Low
Explanation of confidence level

Our experiment failed, most likely in the DNA extraction step because we did not crush the arthropods enough. Both the Arthropod positive and the DNA positive results were successful, and they gave the expected results. The PCR was successful as well as the Gel electrophoresis, so the DNA extraction was the step that failed.
