I found this animal near to an old tree trunk, it was slightly above the ground.

Everything worked well. The extraktion was a bit difficult because I needed to figure out, where the sex organs are located. However the elektrophoresis worked well.

Two bands are quite clearly evident. The upper band proves that it had animal material in the DNA, the lower band proves the Wolbachia in the DNA.
