Explanation of confidence level | We had made a lot of human errors, even by comparison to the groups who’ve had similar insects. One of our group members had stabbed through the separating wall between the wells (wells 4 & 5). This caused the DNA samples to mix, but luckily the wells only contained our control samples. Since it was only our control sample that had been botched we were able to go to another group and use their data. But we are still unsure if the damage caused to 4 and 5 had affected any other wells. |
